What is Ultherapy?
Ultherapy PRIME is a non-invasive, micro-focused ultrasound skin tightening and lifting treatment. Treat the face, neck, chest, arms, and even abdomen. Ultrasound visualization, unique to Ultherapy, allows our experienced providers to scan skin for collagen-rich areas to deliver energy. This allows for collagen remodelling in the skin and can help lift, contour, and tighten skin.
Different transducers treat different depths in the skin – shallow, medium, and deep. Treat shallowly all over the skin for an improvement in collagen and skin texture, especially in superficial crepiness and fine lines. Treat medium depth for an all over tightening effect. Treat deep – 4.5mm – for more intensive skin tightening and lifting. Depth of treatment will vary depending on individual anatomy and area being treated. For example, the forehead can only be treated shallowly or perhaps medium depth, never deep. On the other hand, the lower face can generally be treated deeply due to tissue depth.
Skin visualization is highly important for a successful Ultherapy treatment – collagen rich areas show up white while fat shows black. Targetting incorrect areas can impact facial volume, which makes Ultherapy treatments highly provider-dependent.

What is Radiesse?
Radiesse is a unique dermal filler treatment that can volumize as well as improve skin quality. Unlike most other dermal fillers, Radiesse is not composed of hyaluronic acid (HA). Radiesse is a mixture of calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) particles in a gel carrier base (sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sterile water, and glycerin). CaHA gives immediate lift and volumization, making Radiesse a great product for deep injection along periosteum/bone to give lift and definition in areas like the cheeks, jawline, and chin.
Radiesse also has some skin quality improvement as the gel base is absorbed and some collagen is formed, almost akin to biostimulators (e.g. Sculptra, PDO, PDLLA, PLLA, PCL, etc). This is a unique property to Radiesse that is not found in purely HA dermal fillers. Radiesse diluted with HA or saline can also be injected more superficially in areas like the soft tissue of the cheeks, periorally (around the mouth), periocularly (around the eye area), in the necklines, back of the hands, acne scars, decollete, body, and more.
What is Belotero?
Belotero Balance is a hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler from Merz Aesthetics. Globally, there are several variants of Belotero available, but Belotero Balance is the only one available in the USA. Belotero Balance is the medium viscosity HA dermal filler in the Belotero line, which makes it a great dermal filler for treatment of fine to moderate lines or even the lips. It can also be mixed with Radiesse for advanced injection techniques in various soft tissue areas of the face.
What is Xeomin?
Xeomin is an injectable neuromodulator or neurotoxin treatment for wrinkle relaxing. It lasts 3-4 months and can treat the forehead, glabella (11’s) or frown lines, crow’s feet, masseters, platysmal bands (neck bands), and more. It is a pure botulinum injectable toxin with no carrier particle, making it great for immunogenic clients who have become resistant to Botox.
